1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed through the NoGood shop at nogood.studio. By placing an order you agree to these terms. NoGood is operated as a sole trader based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Products

All physical products are produced in limited runs. Images are as accurate as possible but slight colour variation may occur due to screen calibration and print processes. Digital products are delivered as-is and are non-refundable once downloaded.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include Dutch VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Mollie (credit card, iDEAL) or via Bitcoin and Lightning Network through BTCPay Server. NoGood does not store or handle payment credentials.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped once a week from the studio in Amsterdam using MyParcel. A track & trace code will be sent by email after dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and are outside of NoGood's control once the package has left the studio. Import duties and local taxes for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Damages

Because products are produced in limited runs, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@nogood.studio within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and it will be made right.

6. Digital Products

Digital files are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or use in commercial projects without prior written permission is not permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

All illustrations, designs, and content on this website are the property of NoGood. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without explicit permission.

8. Liability

NoGood is not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances outside of its control. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
